No refunds shall be given if participant decides to opt out of the retreat. There is a $90 transfer fee if participant finds someone to take their spot. If Natalie Magee must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, then she will do everything in her power to refund participants. If she is unable to receive a refund of participants monies from the venue or other circumstances prohibit her from receiving a refund (i.e. event insurance claim is not honored, hosting property burns down and does not offer a refund, Natalie dies prior to the retreat or other extreme circumstance) then a partial refund will be given to participant. Please note this is only in worst case scenario situations as Natalie will always try to be fair and refund participants if she is the one who is forced to cancel retreat. In the event of a Force Majeure where the city or town or property is closed to visitors due to the COVID-19 pandemic, wildfire or other unforeseeable circumstance, an option to transfer payments to another domestic retreat will be given to the participant.
Natalie Magee is providing a service not goods. Participants will not be refunded after the retreat for any events or yoga sessions that did not take place due to circumstances beyond her control or weather. If participants opt out of attending any of the scheduled yoga sessions or hikes they will not refunded for missing these activities by their own choosing.
When working with third party retreat companies their individual terms of services and conditions will apply. For all retreats curated by Natalie please know that deposits, partial payments or refunds shall not be granted and participants sign up for retreats acknowledging Natalie Magee is not responsible for guests opting out of the retreat for any reason. If guests no longer feel comfortable traveling due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but Natalie is still hosting the retreat, they understand they may forefit any deposits or full payments made if they decide to opt out of the retreat.
All guests are advised by Natalie Magee to purchase trip insurance to protect their investment in their trip. If a guest tests positive for COVID-19 or becomes ill before the trip, they understand that they must notify Natalie Magee via email at email@example.com or by phone at 720-544-1615 as soon as possible. If a guest becomes ill due to COVID-19 or is exposed and think they may have contracted COVID-19 before the retreat, they will be allowed a one time transfer to a future domestic retreat one year from the date of the originally scheduled retreat, space pending.
